I MISS HAWAI'I

Hawai'i was AMAZING! We played 5 games and went 2-3. Wasn't a great softball ride, but we had a blast! (Needless to say; it's Hawai'i)!

We were a little sad to come home and pretty everyone was FRIED! But it was well worth it! LOVED the sun! And I think our very favorite parts about the trip was the Beach and the absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS Matsumoto Shaved Ices! Mmmm.

HAWAI'I

This last weekend in Texas was definitely our funnest weekend together yet! We had a blast and are starting to bring all the puzzle pieces together! It was a lot of fun all around but with this week's Hawai'i trip it definitely won't be hard to match! We got back last night at 1 am from Texas and Leave tomorrow morning for Hawai'i for the week! I can't resist, I just have to rub in that when you will be back here in the cold, snowy weather in Utah, I will be soaking up every ray of the sun, and more, on Oahu!

WELL... The softball season has been underway for 3 weeks now and boy has it been the fastest 3 weeks of my life and is not about to slow down any time soon! We had an inconsistent opening weekend in St. George with some good games and some bad ones. However, The next weekend in Las Vegas was great as we came away 4-1 for the weekend. This week in practice we practiced hard to get ready for University of Arizona (which if you don't know is one of the very top teams in the country and has won many, many national championships). However, we did not show up and play our game this weekend when we got there and came away from the weekend going 0-5! OUCH! Yes, big ouwie! Never the less we grew from it and are enjoying our time together as a team in the van, bus, and plane rides and the hotel rooms. This weekend we have top teams again, including UCLA and hope to come to the field letting the Bruins know who the UTES are!!! GO UTES!

Well, it is the beginning of our season. We travel to St. George today for the weekend. It will be a good opening tournament! We are so anxious and ready to get back out on the field! We are all pumped FOR SURE! :) Can't Wait!!! :)
